On June 7th 2022 took place in Madrid the XXVI Simposio Nacional de Seguridad Alimentaria Conference. SpecTUNA was presented as an example of digitization trends in the agro-sea food industry where digitization and the correct use of data can contribute to changes in relation to risk managemet in food safety.
